That sounds like a hard, “nobody else is welcome, thankyouverymuch”.
I was only suggesting it since it appears on the BAF Calendar as an open event. If it is there, we did not put it there. Whoever put it there might remove it.

Woohoo … have tomorrow off…!
So, as I keep forgetting to adjust on Wednesday and visit the Shirlington club on the way into work, I’m gonna try and drop in on the Arlington Coffee Club at Northside Social… anyone gonna be there?Come to FCC at Swings instead! Everyone is welcome, the patio furniture is back so we’re once again sitting in the breezeway, and it’s a good chance to meet riders who live in DC and MD. Plus, if you’re got time to linger, my understanding is that the late shift usually sticks around for a while after we ordinary working schmoes have to leave for the office.

I keep meaning to ask – how late is the late shift? (Trying to figure out if I could ever make it there after drop-off…)

The 7:10 start time was established back when HDCC started in 2013. There also used to be a Rebel Coffee Club that met at the same time on Wednesdays at Java Shack, but they’ve gone underground or something.
Long live the Java Shackers!

Respecting the right of anyone to assemble for coffee anytime, anywhere, without it being an “open event”. Not A Club Coffee is no longer a calendar entry.

Ok. I just don’t want anyone misinterpreting the type of gathering it is—private, as opposed to public.
