What do y’all think about Public Bikes?

Looks like they could potentially be a good option for someone looking for a simple first bike.

Lars Gemzo, a partner at Gehl Architects, said that within Copenhagen, biking was already the best option for many kinds of trips. “If you want to drive a car for a medium distance, you know you are a fool,” he said. “You are going to waste time.”

It’s probably a good strategy to get yourself a little extra space on a crowded train.

That’s what I’m thinkin’. I could have used derby pads yesterday, it was a total scrum trying to get on the train!

I think its the cross tires that make this bike look so good. I’m sure it’d be nice with regular roadies, but there’s something about those tires.

Totally. The cross tires with the little bit of dirt on them. Lets you know you can take that bike out and ride it instead of just hanging it on the wall. :)

    And the stick. :D

Keep an eye out for the next forum happy hour too, it’s a great way to meet people so that you can recognize them out on the trails :)

Srsly. I’m going to start wearing mine on the Metro. Including the helmet.
