KelOnWheelsParticipant
Hey, how’d the team get named after me?
KelOnWheelsParticipantHi team! (Wow, SO MANY TEAMS this year!)

KelOnWheelsParticipantTake lots of pictures! I miss your faces!

My experience is that it typically overestimates how long it takes.
Sweet! I should be able to get there in like 250 hours then!

You left off пивна дума (Pivna Duma) which is less than a kilometer from my house, so round trip distance counts, but would be a “sleaze” ride. Has great pig’s knuckle to share and four beers supposedly brewed on location. Of course the day trip would include a flight to Kyiv.
Well if you want some brewpub sleaze rides…

KelOnWheelsParticipantGoogle Maps says it will take me 260 hours to ride there, so I don’t think I’ll make it in time.
Also it wants to send me the northern route and I’m not sure about getting through the mountains this time of year…

Stumptown!

It might be worth leaving in the zip code question. That way we will have it if we need it.
Also, FS is a regional game. In the past people from far away states have wanted to join. As much as they may be nice and even strongly committed riders, FS is really for people who can attend group rides, coffee clubs, happy hours and the FSLNHPP. That is unlikely for those in Chicago or Minneapolis…or even Kiev.OH FINE. I’ll just be over here in the corner…

Couldn’t you, you know, knit something to take care of that?
Ain’t nobody got time for that!

BUT, isn’t your commute now like four blocks? I think you need a new bike just for short city rides with flat pedals.
Well obviously you are correct! (it’s like 12 blocks, but who’s counting)
I totally need a cute mixte with a basket for the dog. It is clearly the best solution. (It would actually be quite handy, I could ride it to work if I wanted to wear a skirt. Although our office is freezing. )

Do they even let Portland hipsters like yourself buy geared bikes?
I hope so. Somebody stuck a bunch of hills and volcanoes and mountains and stuff out here. And that’s just in the city!
KelOnWheelsParticipantIt comes in PINTS… err… PINK!

Should car drivers be required to wear pedestrians? That might actually help.
Some of them try to wear pedestrians on their cars. That usually doesn’t go well.
