    @EvaReynolds Thanks so much for the update! I figured it was something like that, many thanks to the wonderful volunteers who put on FS and handle the website! Glad the commenting is helpful, I’ve been enjoying the rescues, especially since “adopting” a route.

    Hello team! I joined FS to meet more bike lovers and get out riding this winter. I am a law student and live in NE DC (H St Corridor). My main passion is mountain biking, but since moving to DC I primarily ride road. I am super excited to meet everyone and would love to set up some regular rides!

    This is such a cool idea! Thanks for putting it together! I had never heard of this program, but I’ve now signed up for two rescues next week! Time to get my commuter bike fully ready for cargo! I also agree with the earlier comments about the rescue being what counts as opposed to miles.

    My name is Annalise! Writing my first post on the forum and am very excited to be joining FS this year. I’m actually starting off the new year with a bikepacking trip out in AZ so will be off to a good start. I am most excited about finding some good grouprides here in DC and meeting other cyclists. Thanks so much to all the volunteers of the games!
