Here, fences or walls around a property that has a pool have to be a certain height. The rock part of this fence complies with that. The part above is purely privacy oriented. The bike is for perspective on height.

This is a university of Alabama flag. The gentleman in his poor English, and I in my poor Spanish, were able to have a conversation in which he told me how proud he is of his son, who went there to get a university education.
