ParticipantHi All:
The Crystal City BID is doing Bike to Work Week again this year. We will be there everyday, rain or shine, from 7:00am to 9:00am. Stop by and say hi and grab some snacks. This year we will be giving out Crystal City Banjo Brother Backpacks to the top 50 riders. Hope to see you there.
More info on the Crystal City BID website.

So we’re looking for the 2200 conference room/studio red? What level is that on?
It is located on the shops level (G1).

^^^^^ This!
We did talk to US Park Police before the event. The officers were from MWAA, but we exchanged info and we will be sure to give them a heads up next time.

ParticipantThe officers were not there long. They got a report of a suspicious man on the trail with boxes. Once they found out what we were doing they were fine. We gave them lights too. Next time I will try not to look so suspicious.
It was a great turnout for the event.

ParticipantSorry to hear about this, I hope you have a quick recovery.
This is a tricky intersection and difficult connection to the trail. The proposed Marymount University project is planning a cycletrack along the northside of Fairfax between Wakefield and Glebe. The presentation from October 17th meeting that illustrates the cycletrack is still not online. They said it should be uploaded soon.

Is there going to be a pump and a fix stand or is it just the vending machine?
There will be a repair stand with tools and a bike pump installed next to the machine. We are still waiting for it to be delivered.

ParticipantIt was supposed to be installed by Bike to Work Week, but there was a delay from the manufacturer. Should be coming to the Crystal City Water Park soon.

I actually spoke to Joe with the BID a few weeks ago and he did say that they will be giving away jerseys to everyone who rides everyday during bike to work week and checks in at the table.
Last year the BID gave away jerseys to the top 50 riders of the week. This year they are handing out a different prize everyday. The BID will be raffling off 10 Crystal City jerseys at Bike to Work Day on Friday.
