Saw culimerc and dickie heading the other way, still not quick enough to snap pics of oncoming traffic (will try next time). Then did some cat 6 racing with kayakcyndi, be warned she is fast.

We caught up to a guy riding a pea green Civilian le roi le veut with an 8 speed internally geared hub at Rosslyn Marriott, drooled a bit and then off to work.

It was a great Monday morning. I tried to sweat the weekend sins out of my body with some hard efforts. Waved to a gentleman wearing a BA jersey on Oakland street in Shirlington. Then Spotted the fraction-man/dread train on the W&OD, and later KayakCindi and DCV in a peloton. Good to see all of you… happy Monday!

Why worry about Big Brother when the forum is watching? Was bracketed by Shawnofthedread and Dickie on the W&OD. Had a Dreadfully nice ride in. And, yes, Dickie, I approve of the kit.

Saw lots of awesome forum parents yesterday at the Kidical Mass Arlington Father’s Day ride: Baiskeli, Hozn, btj (loved the Cabi!), americancyclo (thanks for packing the ride!). And Mark, who saved the day and took pictures. (Thanks, Mark!) Thanks so much for coming!

That dark cloud was the one that soaked me as I left work…I must’ve been 15-20 minutes behind you guys.

We got a little bit of the big rain drops as we crossed the 14th st bridge, just missed us as we got into VA

I saw OneEighth in Banneker Park when he was coming back east. I waved too late; just as we were passing one another. This was close to 7 p.m. or possibly after.
