I’ve had two consularrider sightings in the last week and rode to work with ScreaminQuadz this morning.
Nice riding in with you this morning! Should be a beautiful ride home today.

ParticipantCan I just say how immensely bummed I was that they did not give chase either?
Really sorry I was not able to ride with you yesterday, Consularrider. Had to beat feet home.
Also sorry for not writing back on your earlier sighting post. I’ve been a bit off for the last couple of weeks. Will have to post the backstory and some photos. Let’s just say there are nasty gremlins on the W&OD before 0500.
Now who are you people, what am I doing here, and why did I leave a black bra lying on the MVT this morning?February 23, 2012 at 6:50 pm #936499consularrider

It’s got it’s own thread (hehehe).

ParticipantEnjoyed a nice ride to or from work with JRenaut, Will on his recumbent and the one and only OneEighth. Perfect day.
I have to go on record… I wish my legs were half as beefy as Mr. OneEighth’s arms. There! I said it.
bye bye.

ParticipantI’m not sure our 30 second conversation counts as a “ride”, but it was good to meet you in person anyway.

ParticipantI almost feel bad for the car commuters not being able to join in the fun. Almost….
Keep a sharp eye for the people-friendly raccoon that lives between Gravelly Point and the 14th St bridge.

I was rolling within 30 seconds of talking, so it counts.

ParticipantScreaminQuadz’s quads are still mad at me. Fortunately he isn’t.
We narrowly missed americancyclo, who rolled through about 2 minutes after we did.

Great seeing you again this week Mr. Dirt. Yes, my quads are still mad at you, but give them time and they’ll forgot about what you did.

Arlingtonrider and SpokesGrenade[/quote]Ebenezer’s! Mmmm… egg sandwich….
There were so many post-worthy sightings at Hains yesterday and you picked these two? There were definitely some unique snowflakes out there… my t-shirt and panniers give me a pass on even trying to keep up with those two doing intervals.

The cool thing about my camera is that if I didn’t make the sighting, I’m probably not going to take a picture of it. All evidence to the contrary.
Have a lovely weekend, kids. I love and respect you all.

For some reason, I always pictured Mark with a big bushy beard.
Ah yes, I can see where you’d confuse him with the Unabomber, but no.
