OneEighth Sighting

Saw dbb heading south on the MVT by Gravelly Pt tonight. We whizzed by each other too quickly for me to get a “hi” in.

Don’t know who I saw today on pennsylvania ave going east bound in the bikes lanes near 13 street (yesterday technically), a couple were riding together wearing red fresh bikes outfits and passed me like I was pedaling on a stationary. I was pedaling the cannondale bad boy dressed in all black…. The female had calf muscles that made me raise an eye-brow Mr.Spock style.

One day I’ll be able to nonchalantly go that fast.

Just saw OneEighth deep in the heart of Westover on my one mile Endomondo sleaze ride. I think that I (and my daughter) was passed by dcv last evening on the Custis near Washington Blvd.

I had the pleasure of seeing Ms Zanna this morning at the Crystal City Bike to Work Week pit stop. There was someone else there with the Bike Arlington scarf, but I didn’t recognize him or get the chance to introduce myself. It’s great to be back on the bike and this morning’s weather was great!

That was me with the scarf (@ 8:00-8:15)! sorry I didn’t see you I was talking to a chap admiring his carbon road bike, yet not envying it.

I guess I just missed you both. Yes, I took a 6-mile detour for a bagel, coffee, and swag. It was completely worth it.

Saw Mr Cannon coming out from where they cleared the homeless guys encampment near the Lee/Lynn intersection of doom. Looked liked they had scraped off a bunch of the topsoil as well.

Pretty sure I spotted AmericanCyclo getting off the W&OD near Shreve today around 5:00, and then Rando Guy on 4 Mile Run around 5:30, I was heading east with an amazing tail wind.
