The ‘stache is most impressive. But it needs to be either black or salt-and-pepper to match the bike and the kit.
Damn it Shawn, now I’ve gotta make a stache for fractionman’s bike!

ParticipantI saw Greenbelt on Penn Ave around lunch time headed west. A long way west it seems. i wasn’t drafting that CaBi, Jeff. I was stuck behind him. Yeah that’s it, he was in my way. Ran into Jeff again as he passed through my neighborhood on his way home. Drafted, er I mean got stuck behind him for a while. Marking the leader of the Endomondo Maryland Local Challenge closely…

I had to make a speech at a conference in Reston this afternoon. It’s totally not fair. I get up early and put some slides together in the morning, take a gorgeous 3 hour bike ride on beautiful bike trails, get some lunch, make a 1 hour speech, take another gorgeous 3 hour bike ride home. And I get paid for an 8 hour work day!

ParticipantHa! I saw Tim too – along the MVT right near the 14th St. Bridge. I was taking the long way around to Hains Point…looked like he was coming back from some laps.

ParticipantA rider on a vintage Trek pulled up to me on the Custis this morning and asked if I was doing the Bike Challenge, apparently based on my BA vest. I was fully zoned out and had no idea what he was talking about for 30 seconds or so. Yes, I am doing it!
