Did I see some Dirt by the rivers edge this morning before sunrise. Someone was over my the Potomac dressed particularly offensive (pinkish high viz). But was not totally sure it was Dirt.

I actually had an actual one-eighth sighting on the MVT by DCA this morning. The fractional man and I rode along DCA until he put the hammer down. Great seeing you! Pre dawn so no photos
