    I was awake and alert enough this morning that my brain was able to process that I saw wheels&wings approaching on the W&OD, resulting in me actually greeting her :)

    I saw OneEighth today! He was at Hump Day Coffee in Shirlington! First time I’ve met him. Super guy!

    I feel dreadfully unhip, but can someone explain this thread? Maybe if we get a discussion going, we can over-ride the spam with the Chinese or Japanese-looking characters.

    Unless it’s morphed into something else since i last checked in, it’s pretty much a “hey, I saw Forum Member X in Spot Y today”.

    For example, unless I’m mistaken I waved to DBB in front of the BEP this morning.

    “fly-by” of Kitty this morning in Rosslyn. She was on foot, helmet donned, on her way to rent her daily ride. Despite her recent bad experience, she gave me a smile and wave.

    Saw Vicegrip yesterday as I biked into the TR Island parking lot craziness with the family.

    Sorry I couldn’t talk more — I was distracted by trying to keep the kids safe biking around the TR Island parking lot craziness, and I was still stunned that the 3 yo and 5 yo had rode their own bikes 3 miles on the Custis Trail!
