DismalScientist
ParticipantWell, after having my wheel sucked over the TR bridge by a longtail bike with streamers on the handlebars, my ego couldn’t take it.

ParticipantDickie, before going swimming last night, I told Powerful Pete that you are the other italian int the group. Told him that he has to come to coffee so that he can meet you.
I am a little confused tho. Or he is. I believe I saw a Campi wheel on a Kona Jake?????

ParticipantWatched ShawnoftheD chew out the driver of an enormous SUV at the Intersection of Doom this evening. Vehicle was so large it was blocking both the crosswalk and the intersection. Tried to run the yellow and did not have enough room to clear, so was stuck blocking everybody.

That was a temporary lapse of reason. My Campagnolo gear is no longer tainted by my pedestrian ShimaNO components.

I was really chewing her out because she kept honking at the cyclists who had to squeeze past her.

I’m so ready to meet Powerful Pete (ha that rhythms), sadly no FCC this week as I’m delivering a kitchen to a really unworthy client…. perhaps next week?

Come on ditch the kitchen. I’m sure your “client” will understand!

But has a great appreciation for Brooks saddles, Sturmey-Archer components and secretly pines after an Ariel Atom as a get-around-town car.
Oh, and hopes for a better position for the Italian rugby team in the six nations so that it can become competitive with the English side.

ParticipantAre you talking about Dickie or his client? I’m pretty sure the client would not fit in that car (and also it has no visible gun rack).

ParticipantI will pay more attention to what is written. I am talking about my love for certain things from that Island north of the continent. No knowledge of Dickie’s kitchen client nor, quite frankly any interest.
I want a Brooks saddle and an Ariel Atom. In that order.

Ha, we all feel the same. You hear that, Matt, you just stay on your island!
