On my way back to Arlington from FCCI this morning, had a flyby on the Roosevelt Bridge with Dismal and wheels&wings riding together on their way in from FCCII. Actually, “flyby” is a misnomer, given how one has to slow down to pass on the bridge. In fact, w&w stopped and we chatted momentarily before we all respectively continued on our ways.

Yesterday I caught up to dasgeh at TR Island going into Arlington. We stopped at the Intersection of Doom to discuss Monday’s BAC meeting. While talking another cyclist approached: TwoWheelsDC, who joined in our discussion. Then two minutes later Rod Smith rolled up, and we were blocking the whole landing pad!

Crossed paths with Steve O near East Falls Church and Hozn near the Italian Store this morning. Dunno if either of them recognized me in my ‘unracer’ kit.

I did not! I did a ccw loop before the commute this AM.

Near that same spot last night, I was passed by a motorcycle cop in the opposite direction.

I joined FCCII to FCCI as the offical FRED. You guys are NUTS. I dont think I have ridden courier-style in 30 years. If I had a life, it would have flashed before my eyes several times!
