ParticipantLooked up to see Dickie on the ride home. Were you going for a low five? A minute later my rear wheel caught some gravel at the bottom of Brandymore Castle and I almost ate it. Ringing endorsement for my Clement Strada tires.

ParticipantPete sighting on the Met Branch this morning. Lost you at the Union station mess — I waited a cycle on Louisiana, but figured you went a different way.
We need a cycletrack on the east side of Louisiana — then we could more easily chat all the way to work!

Oh man, that was where I crashed this time last year and you came to my rescue… we might want to call it the Brandymore Triangle from now on. I didn’t have time to low five, and the giggling was Carolyn who was directly behind me…. hearing “Dickie” never gets old for her… thank god!

ParticipantSaw mr. dasgeh with one of his small charges in the bakfiets Friday morning about 8:20 across an intersection. We traded bell rings.

Correct! Sorry about that. I’ve been conditioned to think of the dasgehs when I see one of those.

You really had me confused because (1) mr. dasgeh and both of the charges were with me in a car driving to NC Friday morning and (2) mr. dasgeh has both kids every day this summer, so seeing him around during working hours with only one charge would be a bad sign. And then I read the other posts.

ParticipantSaw lots of my forum favorites at the TV breakfast bike party this morning, though I barely could wave, with it being so EARLY and wrangling the kids and all… So hi!
