I confess. It was me. I was both late getting home and totally scared-y-pants about the state of the trail, so I was loading my bike on the bus at the bottom of the Rosslyn hill. Based on the state of the trail this morning, I made the right choice.
But it was actually nice to hear a friendly voice, even if I was *busted*.

Yes, good call. The trail wasn’t rideable without studs in several places.
