My fingers were not fast enough. I was taking a picture of how the intersection is much better than it was. This pic is not as good.

I presume this is a picture of the new W&OD crossing at Columbia Pike. The new improved trail is very nice indeed; unfortunately they left the two little curb cuts on the other side. Anyone know if they will open up the curb cuts any time soon?

Oh, right, I saw Baiskeli on the way to a meeting then home last night. It’s fun to meet up with people on the roads. Especially roads that are closed to cars!!!

I spotted Dickie yesterday afternoon on the W&OD around MP 2 around 4:30. He said Hey Mikey! I recognized him too late, but thanks for the shout-out! I guess I need to make it to FCCII more frequently -I missed last week

Saw Vincent and his crew turning on to Van Buren St. in Falls Church from the W&OD. I recognized his striped jersey.

I believe I saw them at Glen Carlyn too. What a serious and ELITE pack! That was Elizabeth with the pack wasnt it? I was thrilled cause I could upload a pic from my contour which was runnin….. dammit the battery went out.

Sorry I missed you Steve and Bob, must have been daydreaming. My wife and son did their first century today, Liz came out to meet us on our return leg and rode with us for a while. So proud of them.

Yes, that was us. I recognized you and yelled out “Hey, that was Bob” but the others probably couldn’t hear because the wind was kind of noisy there. I think they also had tunnel vision for the end.
