Trying to leave Westover at 6:45-7 so I can get to work and shower. Takes me approx 50 minutes to get to Sunset Hills where I turn right to go to Business Center Dr.

Tomorrow if you have a bit of time, its Thursday morning CC at Caffe Amouri in Vienna, one block off the WOD.

Hozn rides fast, too. The good thing is that he slows down a little when riding with the rest of us mere mortals, and before you know it, by riding with him, your own speed goes up! Must be the slipstream. Downside is that you slow right back down after he leaves.

Wow, y’all make me sound horrid! — and a lot faster than I am. Remember: I typically fall off the back on the Thursday intervals. And I can’t claim that is because I am watching my power numbers (since I don’t gave a power meter).

Shout out to the folks on 11th Street NW, at Georgia Ave, with the “please mind the bike lane” signs. Thanks for being out there. Some drivers obviously still need the reminder.

Yeah, likely! I have a fluo green helmet and red bar tape. East of West St I am usually pulling an (empty) burley trailer.

Yeah but those are Tim Kelley intervals, and you still make it maybe 3/4 of the way into the interval. I usually fall off in the first half! Or just don’t show up…
