    Sunday morning 8:30 a.m., January 22nd, team 5 group ride with optional breakouts into pairs based on pace from Georgetown out on the (Capital Crescent until Fletchers cove) C&O canal trail and back again. Goal of 20 miles 10 miles each way but choose your own adventure and go as far as you want and come back on the trail back to Georgetown. Details including Google maps dropped pin on freezingsaddles.org at the bottom of the home page Google calendar integration. I will likely be riding for 1:45 out, short break, and 1:45 back. meet at 8:30 wheels up at 8:40. If you are late, catch up with us on the trail.

    this pointless prize reminds me of my favorite cookbook, The Taco Cleanse.

    in the intro, they suggest sticking with the taco cleanse by bringing tortillas with you at all times, and that any meal wrapped in a tortilla counts as part of the cleanse.

    Making my one introductory post for freezing saddles purposes.

    This is my first time successfully getting both my strava and my forum membership together in time to register for freezing saddles.

    I am the 2019-2020 WABA Super Volunteer (volunteer of the year)
    2021-present- LCI with League of American Bicyclists (mostly teaching through WABA but also leading some classes with Erin Palmer for woman/femme/nonbinary ANC commissioners and candidates)
    2020-present Bike Lane Uprising DC Street Team (bike light giveaways to cyclists without lights)
    2021-2022 Erin Palmer for DC Council Chair asst treasurer
    effective January 2023- Ward 3 Dem Party precinct delegate
    in summary: extreme girl scout energy.
