I am certainly up for a Friday CC – the one in DC is just a hop, skip and freewheel from my office.

As to after work events, I can do most evenings as long as I can plan ahead of time (1-2 days ahead)… Maybe mid-week with a few Hains Points laps thrown in to make it just a wee bit masochistic?

The local humor still eludes me… I assume that puppies refers to some kind of food and is not a reference to our quadruped friends? :rolleyes:

In any event, hope it was good. My pasta burro e parmigiano lunch was excellent. This may may explain a notable lack of weight loss since the New Year, but life is short and carbos are part of my national identity.

A covered velodrome would be great… although I might then stop this BAFS nonsense if I could do mindless velodrome laps…

Beautiful day, nice sun shining, above freezing, no ice to speak of… and yet I felt very sluggish, slow ride into work on the shortest commute possible.

Was intending to show up at the Java Shack this AM, but when the alarm went off at 6AM I didn’t even hit snooze… I just turned it off. 😮

Just one of those days, I suppose.
