Yeah, I’ve recently noticed that we’ve got an e-moped-riding Captain Special heading eastbound on the Custis in the mornings. Likes to ride right up on people real fast, pass where he shouldn’t, and doesn’t call passes. Might be your boy.
I think it’s this guy, I’ve seen him ride in the oncoming lane to get around cars waiting / taking turns at a stop sign – and blow through the intersection without stopping. https://www.strava.com/activities/858250611

Ayo sorry to resurrect this thread from the dead but…
I was just at bikenetic inquiring as to the feasibility of having them build me a belt drive wolverine a la this thing. There’s no way for me to test what size frame I’d be comfortable on with this setup and I’d like to see how a bike like this feels before dropping moneys…
Apparently there is a bikenetic regular who has 2 of these bikes; a fix and an 8spd hub… Any of you happen to be this person? I’d like to maybe trade some beer for a spin on your wolverine some day when the weather’s better.

Build your own. I’ve owned three FGs and ended up selling two of them (against my will). The one I refuse to part with is the one I built myself. If you need tools or help doing the work, I’m happy to help.
