#publicartfinder 1/1/2025 – Tour de Kinsey, Alfred C Kinsey statue between Myers Hall and the Chemistry Building.  Dr. Alfred Charles Kinsey was an American biologist, professor of entomology and zoology, and sexologist. In 1947, he founded the Institute for Sex Research at Indiana University, which is now known as the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University.

#publicartfinder 1/3/2025 – Tour de Ernie Pyle in front of Franklin Hall on the IU Campus.  This was the main library at one time and is now media studies.  Ernie Pyle was a well known journalist Hoosier native, and IU grad.  He was killed in action on April 18, 1945 on Le Shima off Okinawa.

#scavhunt 1/3/2025 – Not so CHEAP mini doughnuts at Parlor Doughnuts on Grant St in Bloomington, IN, but they were tasty!

#publicartfinder – 1/2/2025 – Tour de Mellencamp.  This is a recent (2024) addition to the E 7th St pedestrian/bike zone on the north side of the IU Auditorium in Bloomington, IN.  It honors Seymour, IN native John Mellencamp who has been a long time resident of Bloomington and benefactor to the community and the University.  The buildings in the background are portions of the Eskenazi Museum of Art, the IU School of Fine Arts, and the Radio/TV Building (WFIU).

#scavhunt: 1/2/2025 – for my ABC ride I CHOSE The Inkwell on the Square in Bloomington, IN for my second breakfast running into my elevenses

No Indiana/US parks on the list close enough to ride to from Bloomington, IN in freezing weather.  Guess I’ll have to forgo this for a couple weeks.  🙁

Can also change the default on the iPhone to save as a .jpg.  I’d had to do that for several online groups that can’t handle HEIC

#publicartfinder – 1/1/2025 – Herman B Wells statue in front of Owen Hall.  Wells was the 11th president of IU (1937-1962) and then Chancellor (1962-2000).  During his tenure IU became an internationally recognized institution in so many disciplines.

I don’t find a size guide on the their website.  Are these the looser club fit?  And why no winter hat?   Gripe, gripe, gripe, whine, whine, whine, nothing but complaining from someone who didn’t help
