Repaving is complete, nice and smooth, and it seems the trail is about a foot wider. The new asphalt was just overlaid on the old with out grinding any layers off. Good-bye root heaves!
#scavhunt 3/18 – While I like the count-down TIMER for the pedestrian light at the intersection of the W&OD/4MR Dr/Walter Reed, it’s ridiculous that such a busy trail has a “beg” button (you don’t actually have to push to get the walk light)

I really wanted to do Ted LASSO since season 4 will be Women’s Soccer, perfect for Women’s History Month, but wasn’t anywhere near a Richmond sign (Go Greyhounds!). Instead I also went to Cowboy Cafe on Langston, but no LASSO on neither their sign nor the murals painted on the building or the fence

#publicartfinder 3/12 – Where the W&OD makes a 90° turn at the East Falls Church basketball court. Don’t know why I’ve never noticed this stump treatment, but it does look fairly recent
#scavhunt 3/12 – The only MANGO was at home (MANGO water enhancer, MANGO chunks, and pumpkin/MANGO dog trats). I had to settle for a slice of Key Lime Pie at Living the Pie Life instead (color was close) so I probably should unhash tag my ride. 😛
