Beaded ornament hanging from a tree in a yard just of the top of the Custis trail spiral. I thought it was so pretty – but idk that my pic  really captures its beauty. Maybe if I leave out the bike bit & zoom in a bit more 🤔

#publicartfinder – 3/6/2024 – “Hoagy Carmichael” by Michael MacAuley on the IU Campus across from the IU Cinema (formerly Little Theater) at the back of the IU Auditorium on E 7th St.  He was an Oscar winner and I get TEARY-eyed at “Stardust”

3/6/24 Some people put modern art sculptures on the front lawn; others put rusted cars and farm vehicles in front of the barn…throughout the competition, I often say to myself, “what is art?” and “what makes art “public”? Is it public if we all can see it or is it public if funded with government funds? Yes, riding alone is a good time to have conversations with oneself!!!
