It takes a lot of skill and patience to build a cairn, especially this one at almost 4 feet tall!
(700 block of N. Illinois St. in Arlington, VA)2/21/2024 – This mural on a small building outside the Lane Manor Splash Park was created by PG County youth under the guidance of the artist Arturo Ho.

The architecture of the Mormon Temple definitely represents art. (If you disagree, let me know, since I have a backup photo.)
2/21 – WWII Memorial, North Victory Pavilion, directly above the victory medal, looking up to see four stately American bald eagles, symbols of not only our nation, but of the Army, the Army Air Corps, the Navy and the Marines holding aloft an ancient symbol of victory, a laurel wreath.#publicartfinder – 2/22/2024 – Saruman gazing into a Palantír in a garden on Rose Lane in Annandale, not in the Orthanc, a tower at the centre of Isengard

2/22 – The United States Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania Ave NW DC honors those who have served or are currently serving in the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and the Merchant Marine.
This bronze high relief, 1 of 26 panels, of sailors executing a rescue 🛟 in heavy seas, commemorates the Coast Guard whose motto is “semper paratus” … always ready
