Yes it is. I’d recognize that bedraggled flag anywhere! This is what the flag is supposed to look like:

But the one in front of the embassy seems to be missing some pieces at the bottom.

I plan on riding more miles than I take flag pictures of on both days.  I’m sure I will be in the minority.

My goal was giving everyone the flexibility to choose which day is better for you, but not to much time to plan too much in advance.

@Indiana, only 3 flags from a single location throughout the game still applies. So, you can go back to a location again this weekend, but max 3 flags in total throughout the game.

Mongolia. This was the third flag I tried for today. Venezuela was supposed to be at 1099 30th Street NW, but has moved to Embassy Row. Kosovo was supposed to be at 1101 30th Street NW, but has moved to Embassy Row. Apparently, embassies are fleeing Georgetown for Embassy Row!
