I should be able to figure out what flag it is, but feeling under the weather…I think the red and white stripes are from a separate American flag behind it.

That blue and white flag is the proposed brand new flag for the great state of Minnesota! It is expected to officially become the new state flag on May 11, 2024.

@Thor Thank you for solving the light blue, dark blue, white flag mystery! A new Minnesota flag! So that’s why it was not showing up on flag lists yet.

As far as I can tell there are not many official flags with two shades of the same color.

1/26/24 – Had to Google this one, it’s a world peace flag and has a dove over a globe in the center. Funnily enough this was two houses down from the anarchist/sabotage flag I posted earlier in the month.
