    Kris,

    I was pretty sure there would be a lot of different flags, but like you, never imagined it would have been like this.  You have almost 200 different ones (as of ‘give up’ date).

    You probably forgot that all the people in the DC area can find all the embassy’s.  All my foreign countries are dumb luck.
    lol, I hope you consider most non-limp flags as a tie-braker.  I waited almost five minutes to get my picture today.

    Alan – yes, I’m amazed….so many different flags out there.  I was originally thinking states, countries, colleges, etc. and easy finding around DC (hence the no more than 3 flags from one “place” rule).  But the variety is insane.  Matteblack finds a new seasonal/message flag everyday…impressive.

    Nice idea on the limp vs stiff flags.  I’m still noodling on tiebreaker.  Balancing how to make it random (hard for someone to “game” the system), easily quantifiable, and minimize arbitrary “in my opinion….” criteria.

    For your #Fire game, I’m also impressed with all the daily players.  I think it will start getting exponentially difficult as the days stretch into March.  There are only so many fire stations in a riding radius (assuming you don’t travel across the country to new locations continuously…cough cough 🙂
