I have no idea what this flag is.  But it was flying from the big building that extends from M Street down to Water Street NW, just west of Wisconsin Avenue.  And it’s not a standard US, DC, MD, etc. flag.

Carol – I counted for now (as “unknown”), but in event of any tie-breakers, I’ll go with identified flags…if you can go back and figure out the flag / take a better identifiable I’ll update as a “real” flag w/no issues.
