    This will be my first freezing saddles. I commute by bike to/from work, gym and typically run a few errands a month by bike. But these are short trips. Longer rides on my Madone bring me much joy

    I actually joined the Strava Freezing Saddles Group last year for the first time, but either joined after registration or didn’t realize what I was joining (as I wasn’t part of any teams or points, but had fun seeing my fellow winter riders enjoy the outdoors). So this will be my first official BAFS. I mostly bike in Maryland (PG County) and DC with the occasional foray in northern VA. Hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving!

    Long time DMV biker, first time Freezing Saddles. First learned about this in in the spring, and was masochistically disappointed to have missed it, so looking to taking part this year!

    Hi everyone. My name is Marla Schnall. I have a few friends in Freezing Saddles and I can’t wait to join the group. I am a bike commuter so I already do lots of winter miles. The weekends will be the challenge for me.
