ParticipantHi All – Do you have a friend or family member you can drag with you to the DRT? We very much need 2-3 volunteers from 10am – 2 pm to help with the Scoreboard at Gateway Park. 1 person would be “running” to relay weight/scores from the weigh station to the scoreboard, while 1-2 people would be updating the master scoreboard with information provided by HAM radio operators and the volunteer runner. Many other stellar volunteers are needed, but these specific roles will help make this day flow! You can sign up for 2-hour shifts here. Don’t let your loved ones miss out on your fun – sign them up to volunteer! 😎
Registration to participate in the DRT closes Monday, September 9th (make sure everyone you know is registered!!!!)

Interesting. “Someone” lumberjacked about half of them out of the way and over to the detour sign a few days ago. I sent an email last week to the County (including the County Board) making some suggestions for improving safety here. The response said that the staff was “keeping the Board informed on how they are handling (it)”
Aha! It was still a little dark when I was going through there so didn’t see down them. I wonder what would happen if they were lumberjacked to form a led crossing at Manchester? [emoji2368]

ParticipantAll the cones blocking the trail crossing at Manchester were gone this morning. Anyone have intel on what may be going on? (The Pollyanna in me is hoping that means they’re installing a temporary crossing there, but…)
