Starting at 1 pm, Saturday, 1/28, from Shirlington, clockwise. I’ll meander from East Falls Church Metro about 12:20 to the meeting start, across from Busboys & Poets. All are welcome. John Philip Sousa was born in DC and had great influence on military music for the nation. But he also did songs such as, “You’ll Miss Lots of Fun When You’re Married” (1890)
So this is an homage to Sousa and his songs of the heart.
