Pump up sprayers like you would use for bug/weed spray in your yard work well when filled with warm water.

Does this mean that the concrete waterside walkway is being completely abandoned for pedestrian use?

Supposedly, it will be rebuilt later, but is a much larger project dealing with the seawall.

The rendering may be old. The narrative says the MUP will be separated from traffic by parked cars. Also says they intend to repair the seawall and sidewalk at some point in the future. That won’t be cheap, but is needed.

Capital Crescent Trail report: lots of small debris from the storm, but nothing you can’t ride over. Several sand/mud/gravel washes crossing the trail. Several low hanging ‘duckable” branches.

If I’m not mistaken, the barriers now cover more of the west bound lane than they used to.

In 2021, I finally lost the weight I’d been “trying” to lose for a few years. It was actually fairly easy, just took a more scientific approach of tracking everything I ate. I dropped 70# from 235# to 165# over the course of about five months and held it off all year. I’ve put about 15 back on since I stopped tracking intake, so now I’m focused on settling in at 175 +/- 5 pounds, without specifically tracking my intake.

I rode 7,200 miles last year. This year will probably be a bit less, but anything over 5,000 is fine by me.

I’ve ridden every day of FS22, with only one day (10+ inches of snow) less than 10 miles. My plan is to continue that for the rest of the event.

My true 2022 biking goal is to talk my wife into letting me sell my 2014 Marin Lombard and obtain a Trek Checkpoint in it’s place.

    Ride on!

    Liked last year’s gaiter.

Agree with any of these. Helmet cover or gaiter would likely get the most use by me.
