ParticipantI rode in the snow to FCC today, even though I had a #BAFS2015 hangover. Enjoyed the late shift at FCC with a jumbo coffee of the day and TWO cinnamon rolls.

Good times! Now I am off to vacation in Puerto Rico for a week off the bike.

ParticipantI agree the competition is fierce! I have been following the FS web page and watching on Strava, but not doing much on the Forum. I have a question, which maybe has already been answered: are indoor trainer rides counted in this competition? Seems to me there are some of those posted, and I thought this was a ride outside encouragement activity… If they don’t count, how does the great FS web site parse them out?

ParticipantHi,
Ricky Albores here. Newbie to FS, but a long-time #bikeDC commuter. You may know me in real life (IRL), on Twitter as @bikeeveryday, Instagram @bikeeveryday, on Facebook (Ricky Li Albores), or Google+ as +RichardAlbores. Looking forward to riding the cold days of 2015 with you all.

54 cm frame (I’m 5’2″)
Seems like a rather large size for a 5’2″ person. Are you sure it’s not a 48 or 50 cm?

ParticipantI used my light REI lobster gloves (usually good for 30-35F) inside Bar Mitts and Lake Boots with a liner sock, chemical toe warmers and a Woolie Boolie sock. Felt great for the ride in. No chemical toe warmers for the ride home.

ParticipantI have been fortunate enough to spot you on the stealth MTB in 2013…

Not it. Didn’t take 4MR or MVT today. Also was on the stealth commuter MTB, I think only Hans and Dickie have seen me on that.
