This place is Parr’s Spring, the source of the Patapsco River (South Branch).
The little white marker near the right edge of the water is the place where Montgomery, Howard, Carroll & Frederick counties come together.

I was going to use it for today’s Bingo, but sadly it’s only listed as Parr’s Spring on maps.

Just for fun, I went to see how many Embassies are in DC.   There are 177!  That alone is a lot of flags.

After peeing at the High’s, I flushed and put the seat back down (unlike some people).

I can see why our host gave up on keeping track of the flags. Three of the last four are something you don’t expect to see.
I wonder if they have flags for every letter of the alphabet?

Hmmm… Which flag shall I use for the flag game today?  I think I’ll use the Vols.

@lhasaCM  According to Wikipedia, there are 34 of them.  Nice job on getting them all.  You will at least get a mention at the closing happy hour (but it’s probably best to remind me.  That is a long ways away).
I’m sure you could find a few close ones in Moco, PG or Arl.
