Kmart at Herndon just started closing(the only one in the area that is closing). Store wide 10-30% off. Bikes at 20% off. There are about 20 bikes left as of earlier today. The store will close in July/August. It’s about 2 to 3 blocks from the W&OD. Bike racks are in front of Big Lots store next to it if you want to go there.

Spotted a couple rolls of bike themed wrapping paper yesterday at Marshall’s Pentagon City. Located in a couple of bins at the start of the register “chute” for people waiting to pay.

Classic style steel at a decent price. If you like the vintage Italian styling (made in Taiwan I think), Reynolds steel, straight top tubes, chrome lugs and Campagnolo components this might be of interest. If you’re into buying your bikes online, Adrenaline Bikes who sell lots of steel and titanium are clearing out the 2016 Masi Gran Criterium. The bike retailed at $2700+ and they are selling it off for $1799. Jenson USA was clearing them out a few months ago for $1599 and I almost bought one but they sold out before I could get the money I needed to buy one (S-1 was being enforced). Unfortunately they don’t have stock of the smallest size (49) which most likely would fit me best.
