ParticipantGood day everyone. I am Todd. I am looking forward to joining the BAFS. Having fun getting out for rides this winter. I am in Northern Virginia and enjoy the WO&D, mostly. Look forward to meeting others on the trail.

ParticipantHi, I’m Byron. FS newbie and year-round commuter for the past 20 years, so this winter I’m looking for outdoor motivation. Own a Kickr, but may not use it other than to race Tiki friends on Zwift. Good article here on the health benefits of exposure to the cold.

Hey everyone! I did BAFS for the first time two years ago in 2018 and it was awesome. I ride my bike(s) a lot more now, and I’ve met a bunch of people.
If you’re new to the forums, you can get your required first post here, so you don’t need to open up a new thread. If you’re not new, still feel free to let people know a bit about you (if you’d like).
Hey everyone, had to reset my profile. Ive done FS for a few years and look forward to another year. and of course, the pointless competitions!

I’ve seen all the fun cyclists were having last season and I am ready to achieve some goals with the COLD, WINDY, and WET days ahead! My jackets are hung and ready to go, with my lobster mitts snapping with glow, my bike lights are shining bright so what more do I need, but a team, indeed![emoji2187][emoji468][emoji2186][emoji468][emoji2187][emoji468][emoji2186][emoji2187][emoji468][emoji2186]

ParticipantHey, I’m Andy…my first year was 2017. Then I moved to Europe, and I’m still there…though I moved from Stuttgart, Germany to Brussels in the summer. I participate from a distance, but Strava brings us all together. FS is my excuse to keep riding when the weather turns sloppy and cold, and make sure I am ready to really crank out the miles when the weather turns nice (which apparently is a 2 week window in Belgium, otherwise it’s rainy/misty and windy).
Cheers!

Truth. This dude needs to be forced to ride a bike. If it werent for the valuable prizes of FS, he would just go to the beer garden. Check his strava. This is a dude that NEEDS an excuse to ride a bike.

ParticipantHello everyone, I’m Grace! I have somehow NOT participated in FS, despite being pretty heavily involved in the DC bike scene since 2012.
I’m really looking forward to bringing an element of silly into this winter! -
