ParticipantAfter I started all this cycling back in September, my goal was to get from 200 down to 185; about six weeks ago I plateaued at a few pounds off my goal, and haven’t been able to get the last few off yet. So, this is the perfect challenge for me! I weighed in this morning at 188, and will see how far I can get.

Liz W, you and I are both in the same boat. I claim to be 5’5″ (and actually am first thing in the AM but am more likely 5’4″ come lunchtime) and my weight as of 1/1 was 177.2 with a goal weight of 135 (yeah, as if!). So, maybe one of us can actually reach that goal (or at least come closer to it than we are now).
