@nadine, the humans are likely to buy food and drinks, so Bark Social can make a profit that way. But dogs don’t saunter up to the counter and order a beer, so the only way to make a profit from them is to have an entry fee.
It is a fun place to go. If you go with your dog, the dog can run free and play with other dogs. If you go without a dog, there are lots of dogs to pet.
6/20/24 – scent
This is me, Joan, Míriam and Anne at the Belle Haven marina. We LOOK good, but 😆 I was pretty SCENTed when I got home after this warm ride 😁🤷🏻
6/21/24 – PAINT
The paint pattern on this wooden gate has always reminded me of a child’s xylophone.
It clearly needs a repaint job – but do you know what I mean? Or was it just MY childhood xylophone? 🤔🤷🏻6/21/24 PAINT
This style of house is called a Painted Lady. Not as brightly colored as the ones in San Francisco, but definitely a lot of different paint colors. Amusingly, the Little Free Library in front of it (which I’ll put into my Strava) is painted in colors that match the house.
6/22/24 – EDICT
Well now I’m playing with a lawyer, so I’m pretty sure Carol is gonna see I’m fudging it here, but…..

Supposedly this place sells bugles. Unfortunately, there were no pictures of them on the outside, and I couldn’t get in to verify.
6/24/24 – DOLLY
Well I tried, but I really couldn’t get close enough to see if the li’l one in this carriage had a dolly. I kept thinking about how creeped out the woman taking care of the baby might be, and I just couldn’t do it.
But there could totally be a DOLLY in the carriage with this baby….
