ParticipantBullhorns are definitely good if you do a lot of climbing. If you aren’t good at climbing then just go without handlebars until you are.

There’s been a lot of posts recently about bad behavior on the bike path. I think it’s indicative of the type of people who live in the DC area. I regret raising my kids in this area and plan to retire somewhere else. I can’t wait to get out of here…
I do believe that, in the end, all of our problems could be quickly solved by making generalizations about large groups of people.

Now here are my questions, I know that we are all responsible drivers attempting to create good relations with the driving public. Has anyone else encountered this group? What is their purpose? As a person who actively uses all forms of transportation (Metro, bike, and car) in this area was upset with their behavior. I feel it makes it more difficult on the rest of us.
Did someone say bike gang AND/OR INAPPROPRIATE COMMUTING ATTIRE?

ParticipantCOUNTERPOINT
Just buy one and then if you find you like riding fixed gear, spend the time and money to build up one to your specs.

I found that Twin six seems to use a cloth that is better suited for cooler days. Today as example.
There is definitely a difference between their Standard and Graphic lines. The former is higher quality and is better at moisture transport (and allegedly is 28 SPF). The latter is just a straight soft polyester microweave (and typically ~$25 less).

ParticipantHow can you eat properly if you don’t breathe because I need to eat a lot and breathe a lot and really the whole thing seems so confusing.

ParticipantNot that I would wear their garbage, but Twin Six is having a big, big sale on all of their 2016 apparel.
