I’ll be there!
Right now I plan on watching stages 6 and 7 live and may end up at the finish of Stage 5 if the timing works out.
Awesome – so will I! I’ll catch 6 and 7 live as well. May bump into you!

ParticipantOh man – sorry to hear. Heal up soon!
+1 for Commonwealth. I’ve used them now for several different issues and have always been pleased.

Saw skreaminquadz this evening, and said hello in the middle of the downpour. A better me would have offered shelter at my house (just a couple of blocks away), but I think we both had water on the brain.
Yeah, I’ve had a lot of that lately on my PM commutes, water on the brain that is.

ParticipantI did this ride last year, from DC to Pittsburgh. The C&O portion was pretty hard on my body, the 34 degrees and rain didn’t help. But the GAP portion was excellent! They did a great job on that trail. I was on a cross bike and felt that it was the right bike for it. A front suspension MTB would have been nice on the C&O, but too much on the GAP.

ParticipantThanks for posting the itinerary GB! I plan on leaving Arlington around noon and be up at Proteus by 1:15 or so, just in time for the ride back to DC. Looking forward to it!

Great seeing you again this week Mr. Dirt. Yes, my quads are still mad at you, but give them time and they’ll forgot about what you did.
