Well, I saw a similiar reference (), but that does not resemble that yellow thingy on the table (or hanging from the back of your underseat wedge pack).
It’s yellow like livestrong swag. It’s a single instead of a double because of cancer.

Bob, the reg link seems to have gone bad. Or is it just me?

ParticipantI’d like those for making my hybrid a bit more versatile. I wonder if I could make it work with my grip shifters or if I’d have to convert to trigger shifters.

I think I’ve made it abundantly clear that one of the main reasons I bike is to counteract some of the beer consumption. To counteract it all I would probably have to be in Tour de France shape, so I don’t see that happening, but I do what I can.
During the holiday period gluttony I like to point out to my coworkers that I EAT AND DRINK WHATEVER I WANT ALL THE TIME and have lost 22 pounds this year. No one in the office likes me.

Although I can’t make it, this sounds like a challenge / event that you might want to coordinate for Mega Beth’s 100 mile HP challenge (if you can volunteer your daughter’s bike). And remember, pics or it never happened.
I think I’d give $100 to WABA if Blacknell could ride her trail-a-bike, unattached wheelie-style, up either Rosslyn Hill or the Corkscrew of Doom.

“Come and fun Changwon.” They also win the “best noun as a verb” award. Verbing weirds language.

Black glove, waving. Either a scooter or he has some sweet mirrors on his bike.

How about driving on a bridge path: http://www.marinij.com/larkspurcortemadera/ci_22218398/larkspur-man-way-dmv-wedges-his-car-into?source=most_emailed
The tow truck driver “said that if there was a sign marking the pedestrian pathway, he didn’t see it.”
This seems to be the path entrance in question.

Yeah, I can hop my daughter’s 18″ freestyle like a madman. It’s hard to pedal up Rosslyn Hilll though.

Don’t forget including the occasional “R” in saying words like Washington, washing machine, and gosh.
On the other hand, since you left DC you can resume saying “you’re welcome” like a normal person instead of “you welcome.”

ParticipantI bunny hopped one of the joists in the roadway on the bridge at M Street/Pennsylvania Ave. this morning. That is all.

That looks bad. How about this, a modified version of Dirt’s, making a right at the beginning of Oxon Hill Farm and using the sidewalk to go into the next neighborhood. It’s eight miles from Washington St. and the Wilson Bridge to DHS at MLK.

As to trail conditions, the OP seems prepared with a CX and variety of tires.

I’ve ridden the part of the Suitland Parkway Trail that is on that map, and it was not enjoyable on a road bike. Trail was bumpy and overgrown, shards of glass everywhere. I hope that has changed in the months since summer, but I’d stick to surface streets, at least in that area.
I don’t think he’d have to go as far as the Suitland Parkway portion of that route. Get off Mississippi at Wheeler and go up to MLK. Or if there’s a back gate near the metro station, use 15th Street.
