Part of a mural depicting a fantasy underground scene. Notice the roots line up with trees and bushes above the mural. Not shown, a mother opening a basement door into this realm to let her two kids enter it. Also a child feeding a carrot to a large mole who is blissfully lounging on his back in the child’s lap.
This painted iron triptych of characters from Don Quixote used to be in an alley less than a block from my house. Impossible to get a good view of all three at the same time. I probably should have taken the picture from a vantage point to my left giving you a better view of Sancho Panza and leaving Dulcinea to the imagination as did Cervantes.
I’ve learned a lot from researching art that I’ve photographed for this thread!
