BTW i got pulled over by the Police this morning, blew a red light on route 123 crossing Hunter Mill Road in Oakton- totally deserved it. Policeman was cool, said that if I’m going to ride on major roads in the pre-dawn darkness don’t run the red lights or I could get pancaked. He let me off with a warning.

He was scared of the jersey.
Red touches yellow, dangerous fellow. Red touches black, friend to Jack.

You need to talk it over with Mr. Renaut.

Is this the course you were thinking? We could make a segment for this on Strava.

Congrats on the new gig? The Bikestation next to Union Station looks interesting.

What about the guy who hand welds frames in his garage in Portland, OR? Is he full of it? And don’t forget about the aluminum frames made in Taiwan! Someone needs to start up a cargo bike frame free trade sourced boutique sticker program. We are talking about coffee right?

And before you get any ideas about my online browsing habits, it was Zanna who found these…

So yer saying Zanna’s browsing habits are questionable?

Give Phoenix bikes a call. Last time I was there, I saw a bunch of kids bikes on the racks.

It doesn’t hurt to ride, it just hurts to walk.

I don’t see what the problem is then.

Then that makes two of us this morning – I wiped out on the nutrocker boards chicane (MVT, by Roosevelt Island). It was just a little too slick and I leaned into it a bit too far and down I went.

Rode the rest of the way into the office, and as soon as I got off the bike I discovered that I can’t seem to put any pressure on my right leg without a considerable amount of pain.

Alas, will be sag wagon-ing it home this afternoon.

I’ll be happy to ghost ride your bike home this afternoon.

Been a week since I used the upload from Garmin/File, but I noticed something new today. An ugly pull down menu for the type of activity. But hey, it works so I shouldn’t be complaining.
