At the farmer’s market, this kid was selling terrariums, which are self-contained ecosystems where plants are kept alive with minimal care.

According to nps.gov, when a cannon is fired, a heat source is used to ignite the gunpowder in the barrel of the cannon. The gunpowder undergoes a chemical reaction in which it is very rapidly and very violently converted from a solid into a gas. The resulting explosion ignites the cartridge and the cannon fires to expel the cannonball.

Note to self: When trying to take a stealth photo of young men running as they BLOCK the trail for BAFS #scavhunt try not to look like a little crazy old woman wearing a hi-viz raincoat on a bike. 👵🏼🟡🌧️🚲
