Participant@Kbikeva hope you feel better soon! Don’t worry about the wordle. Sleep is much more important! And sounds like it’s easy enough to find if people don’t want to solve it themselves. Take good care!

Participant1/16 Flint
Serendipity! This was not my intended “Flint” picture, but here’s why it fits. On my ride this morning my left ear was getting cold so I pulled over to reconfigure my askew hat/hood/buff situation. When I looked up at the intersection I saw these street signs: Franklin and New Jersey.
Instantly I was transported back to an elementary school field trip to Franklin Mine in Franklin, NJ. Like sparks from a flint can start a fire, this trip ignited my interest in geology. The mine museum has hundreds of types of rocks and minerals, including some rare ones unique to the area. There’s also a section about the Native American use of natural materials, like flint, for tools and hunting. Back in the day, we kids got to chip away rocks in the big open pit mine and then look at them under black lights to see them fluoresce.

Participant1/15 knack
This artist, Rajan Sedalia (https://artjar.com/) has a KNACK for encapsulating layers of meaning in his works.
(I was wondering if anyone would knickknack paddywhack today… The song was playing in my head as I rode.)

Participant1/13 cloak
Saint Dominic in cloak, poised to catch Venus before the cloak of darkness falls
(Venus is that small speck of reflected light. I had to kneel in the snow to catch the right angle. This is outside the House of Dominican Studies across from Catholic University, where I thought I might find some living cloaked figures.)
