@Thor Thank you for solving the light blue, dark blue, white flag mystery! A new Minnesota flag! So that’s why it was not showing up on flag lists yet.

As far as I can tell there are not many official flags with two shades of the same color.

Sometimes one of these guys will block the trail, but generally not on a city block next to signs warning you not to block the road

I should be able to figure out what flag it is, but feeling under the weather…I think the red and white stripes are from a separate American flag behind it.
