ParticipantIf anyone is doing the 50 from Richmond, I would love some company riding with my father. Particularly if you’re interested in a nice, leisurely pace filled with conversation about various topics ranging from my grandfathers latest hospital stay to my brother’s marriage…
Yeah… Join us?

ParticipantI would like to offer the reason Ft. Collins, CO is the best is due to the fact that they all bike everywhere. As opposed to this area, where cyclists are the minority. If you don’t get in a car, you can go a lot longer without wrecking one!

So, what have I missed?
While I don’t know what you’ve missed, I would like to say that anyone heading to the Martin’s Tour of Richmond should let myself and TwoWheels know. We’ll be there riding with my pops!

Here at one large federal agency, where I’m working in the morning before going to work at the bar (I was serious about that), I just had to scoot back my chair and wave my arms to get the motion-activated lights to come back on.
My office’s server has slowed/shut down to the point of uselessness because we have so many people teleworking. No email = no work! I’m going to fight the metro madness home….

edit – I usually leave my commute riding set to private, because BORING, but this is what it looked like today – http://www.strava.com/activities/78190475
You should have just done a few loops and then blamed traffic when you were late to work.

I shouted at Honeybadger6 under the W&L parking lot and saw Rootchopper starting his climb out of the TR Island parking lot.
You did? Hmmm… Admittedly, I don’t know what/where the W&L parking lot is. Sorry I missed you!

ParticipantThere will be only one Honeybadger. Two wheels will be there too! Looking forward to shenanigans with Mrs. Dickie!

To the Rule #9ers that showed this morning; Dana, Dismal, Kayak, and Dread… nice to see you, especially nice to get a rare escort/roll-out west. Dread – Hope your solo coffee experience was magical, sorry we had to leave!
I’m a failure at life. Sorry! I tried, I really tried! I was on my bike, at the stop light. But I’m working from home today and couldn’t convince myself to get any further away in this weather..!

It would appear, that I have the honor of escorting the Honeybadger to Java Shack on the morrow, even though I won’t be able to stick around for more than a couple minutes.
Fixed that for you.

ParticipantI’m committing to trying to make FCC II this week. But someone *cough* Dickey *cough* needs to remind me where to go and what time…
Honeybadger6
ParticipantAlso, my parents may join. More on that later, but IF that happens, Dickie’s wife + honeybadger + honeybadger’s MOM?!?!?!?! Holy amazeballs….

ParticipantAlso, that’s the day of the Alpe d’Huez x’s 2 stage of the Tour. I don’t know what time the rebroadcast is, but it would be SO tits if you got them to put it on while we were there.
