Monday Morning Pancake withdrawal in Kyiv, coffee and multigrain flakes with raisins in the kitchen just isn’t the same. :(

A smallish pancake club met today, but NOBODY HAD PANCAKES. My role as stand-in is as inferior as ever and clearly we’re pathetic without you.

    MIKE’S HAS BANANA PANCAKES?!?!?!?! 😮

Shyeah!!!! They screwed up my order, because not many people ask for them. Totally worth the wait though!

I just moved into Dominion Hills and started riding before I’m halfway unpacked. I hope to get to all of the coffee stops eventually. I work for NatGeo downtown, with a flex work schedule so flexible it’s hardly a schedule at all, so “on the way” is all relative.

Took a rest day today and opted for the Orange line…. what a mistake. Train packed like sardines stuck in the tunnel below Court House for 30+ minutes, and they blamed the passengers by saying excessive ridership caused the malfunction. Metro, always obliging to pile on motivation for bike commuting.

So glad I can be an inferior stand-in while Chris is away. I feel like I’ve not only taken over his house, but adopted a few of his bike routines and friends as well. I’m very happy to meet you all!

The banana pancakes are delicious, just make sure you’re very clear when ordering!

This bike is still unsold, and I’d love to find a new owner.

It’s a step above an entry level road bike, increasingly rare Univega, steel frame with smooth Campy components, in very well-maintained condition. This bike took me on everything from casual to long-haul rides, in fact I rode it the first time I finished the Sea Gull Century!

Make me an offer, ask questions, or contact me for a test ride.

Do I see a Vaya in your future?

Hi Cyndi!! If I can sell off some extraneous gear, then yes, a Salsa Vaya Travel will be on the way! First gotta make some space in the garage…

The bike and wheel are both in the Classifieds section — with pictures! :)
