    Internal Rustproofing is complete. It starts now. Parts are slowly being chosen and ordered.

    On my new commute from Adams Morgan to Silver Spring, I see a lot of riders coming down Kansas and 3rd Street NW up into Takoma Park. Anyone ride that route?

    I saw those. But since they are smaller front bags I am not sure I want them. Plus, I am not sure I want yellow. But I am shopping.

    I have considered it but I don’t ride a night a lot and I don’t know that I want to add the weight and complication.

    Wheels
    Hubs: White Industries Mi6 36 hole

    This is Mellwood Road heading north and ending just south of Westphilia Road and east of Penn Ave. There are mistakes in this route and a few poor choices especially around Andrews AFB and Richie Marlboro Road was not great. Should have turn right off of Westphalia and take Brooke Road. Henson Creek Trail was really cool. Let me know if you interested, I’ll ride it with you again.

    I found PG County’s last rural road in the DC area (for now) this weekend. Its closer to DC than you think.
